2 tbsp of coconut oil
2 tbsp of honey – preferably from your local farmer
1 tsp of curry powder
Sprinkling of rock salt
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Combine the coconut oil, honey, curry powder and salt in a pan and place on low heat until the ingredients seem to have melted. Stir. Turn off heat and cover the chicken in the sauce. Place chicken in a baking dish and pour remaining sauce over top. Cook for about 40 minutes or until the juices of the chicken run clear.
